Q: HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REPOSSESSED VEHICLE?
A: To redeem your vehicle, please contact your lender for information as we are unable to assist until your lender gives us permission to release the vehicle following their instruction.
Then please reach out to property @qualityrepo.com with the last six digits of the VIN to schedule your vehicle redemption appointment.
Q: HOW CAN I RECLAIM MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS FROM THE VEHICLE?
A: Have the last six digits of the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) then please email property@qualityrepo.com to schedule a personal property appointment.
Q: IS REDEEMING VEHICLE OR PROPERTY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY?
A: Yes, we work by appointment only to ensure we will have your belongings and paperwork ready for you when you arrive.
Q: ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHEN REDEEMING MY VEHICLE OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
